NiT Hotspot Wi-Fi terms

Niaxa Technologies provides this Wi-Fi service. By authorizing your NiT Account and using paid or complimentary access, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy notice.

Account and device access

Use your own NiT Account and protect your sign-in details. The same account provides entry to other NiT products, subject to their own eligibility, permissions and charges. Internet access requires an active verified package or an administrator-authorized bypass. The account device limit and the purchased package's simultaneous-device limit both apply. Randomized MAC addresses can consume another registered-device slot. Removing or suspending a device or account can disconnect existing sessions.

Packages and payment

New packages are priced in USD and show their speed, data, online time, validity and device allowance before purchase. Payment currency conversions use published NiT rates and round upward to the next settlement cent. The displayed amount and rate are fixed for the initiated order. Missing or expired conversion rates cannot be used. Limits apply together; expiry starts after verified payment. Speeds are ceilings, not guaranteed LTE throughput. Existing purchases retain their saved limits. Paynow integrations are selected automatically for the chosen settlement currency. EcoCash Mobile Express is preferred where enabled, followed by Paynow web checkout and NiT Points. Customer approval occurs on the phone or provider checkout; payments require provider verification. An uncertain payment is checked using its original reference rather than automatically charging another provider. NiT Points purchases show the exact approval amount, conversion quote and receiving account; you must approve payment in NiT. Creating a request or returning to the portal is not proof of payment. Do not approve a second request while the first is being reconciled.

Custom data bundles

You may choose the data allowance and validity within the operator's published ranges. Custom prices use the USD data rate, the highest qualifying validity-day discount and any displayed minimum charge. Discounts do not stack; the calculated price rounds upward once to the next USD cent. MB covers upload and download combined. The chosen days begin after verified payment; data, speed, session and device limits apply together. The exact price, data allowance, validity, rate revision and limits are saved with your purchase. A later rate change requires a fresh quote before starting payment and does not alter an already initiated or paid purchase.

Third-party payment approval

You may ask another NiT wallet owner to pay for your package. A request is not authorization to debit them. They must sign in, select an eligible wallet and explicitly approve the displayed total. The purchase and Wi-Fi access remain on the original customer account. Automatic redirects or connection attempts do not replace provider receipt verification, account status or device limits.

Loyalty and complimentary access

Eligible verified purchases earn the credits shown on the portal. Wi-Fi loyalty credits are promotional Wi-Fi rewards, not cash or NiT Points, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Redeeming credits starts the displayed reward validity immediately. Refunds reverse the associated earned credits, which can leave a negative reward balance if already spent. New reward rules apply to future earning/redemption. Admin bypasses remain subject to their stated limits, expiry and revocation.

Free NiT websites and games

Allowed NiT websites are available without a paid internet subscription. This supplies access to those websites, not free purchases, game entries, external websites or third-party content. NiT products and games have separate rules, age/eligibility requirements and charges where applicable. A portal promotion does not approve spending or promise a reward.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not impersonate another customer or device, evade limits, interfere with the network, attack other systems or use the service unlawfully. Keep your devices secure. We may suspend abusive or compromised access and retain relevant operational records. LTE coverage, congestion, maintenance and power interruptions can affect availability. Captive sign-in notifications depend on your device and its settings.

Support, disputes and refunds

Contact admin@niaxatechnologies.co.zw with the payment reference, package and problem. Staff will check provider and router records before correcting access or arranging an eligible refund. No automatic refund or uninterrupted service is promised; applicable consumer rights remain in force. Disputed or refunded purchases may be suspended or revoked.

Changes and governing context

We publish dated terms and request renewed acceptance for material account-authorization changes. These service terms operate alongside applicable Zimbabwean law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
